- Down payment & installments will be received according to the Schedule.
- 10% extra charges will be taken on corner plots.
- On consecutive failed payment of three installments. J.Alam Properties have all rights to cancel the allotment of plot without any prior notice.
- In case of refunding 25% of the total amount of the plot will be deducted.
- The installment will be paid every month.
- Commercial use is not allowed on residential plots similarly owner of the plot is not eligible to allot the plot on rent to any other individual.
- Plot prices are excluded of all utility services connection charges.
- Leveling of the plot is not the responsibility of the Developer.
- Paradise City is authorized to cancel the plot allotment or to transfer them to any other individual incase the allotted person withdraws or is unable to pay the installments of that plot. The previous allotted personal has then no right to claim for that plot.
- Allotted Person is not authorized to make any changes in the layout of the allotted plot or to capture extra premises around that plot.
- Paradise City is the only entity eligible to receive the amount. No other individual or firm has the right to do so. If someone is doing so the he will be responsibility for his actions.
- In case of any transfer of the plot, allotted shall be liable to pay all outstanding arrears.
- In case of additional land the allotted will have to pay additional charges.
- Before going for the transfer or mortgage of the plot, it is compulsory to obtain (N.O.C) from J.Alam Properties.
- The Applicant will be bound to obey all laws & by-laws of allotment, construction, possession, ownership & transfer of plots.
